1) When I opened the book I was expecting instant trouble and distress but it wasent it was like a back stage tour of the movie it explained what Dr. Malcom did to hate almost everything in sight and why Dr. Grant wanted to go. I don’t feel any
2) The book made me smile at the jokes Dr. Malcom makes and frown at his sexist comments… Lex and Tim made me smile every time. I was quite shocked at Tim when he swore… Tim is only 7 or like 8. I was very inspired whenever the dinosaurs came up. The funniest part of the book was when John Hammond the 78 year old man says “Oh balls!”
3) There are many connections between the book and me. It was very touching when Tim smiled and looked up as the big dinosaurs towered over him. It reminded me of the time I got my very first horse. I looked up at it and instantly fell in love with it .I have always loved dinosaurs and collect reptiles and amphibians like lizards snakes and frogs which are like small dinosaurs.

5) If I was the author I would change the scene where the velocoraptors are on the boat heading to main land. In the book the baby raptors are playing I would change it to say that there was 2 adult raptors staring at us over the edge of the boat. When it said the baby raptors where playing chasing each other around it dident seem scary. It there where two adult raptors glaring at tim and lex then that woulf be scary
6) It left me with a few questions. Like why did Nedry do that? Like wreck the park? No amount of money would make me change my mind!!
7) I was only confused on who Arthor was. I had to ask kelsi it turns out Arthor is the guy who bred the dinos like hatched the eggs. The author could have said who he was.
8) Not really. I had one questions on what compys where… but their just little dinos that eat the scraps and clean up the messes the big dinos make…
9) “Oh balls…” – john Hammond. Hes like 60.
“Are you saying that the FEMALE dinosaurs…. Will…. Breed?” – Wu he is the guy who tracks the dinosaurs.
“Life will find a way.”- Ian Malcom. The non-beliver
“Jesus! Can we leave now!!”- Dr. Gennaro. A doctor
“ IT HAD 3 TOES AND TEETH!!”- Tina a girl who was attacked by a compy
“Its is an egg!!! I know an egg when I see it!! I am a paleontoligist!!” – Dr. grant.
“Dr. sattler isn’t… available I am guessing by your expression.” - Ian malcom
“Chaos describes that everything will come to an end in a unpredictable fashion.- ian malcom
10) I have learned lots of thing I learnt new words like- Laboriously, Exuded, pharmacological and inherently.
11) I think that anyone could read this book exept for young kids there are some swears in the book that might offend.
12) I would read more books by him… but I haven’t read any yet.
13) Some paleontologists get bribed to go on an island to test out a dinosaur theme park. When a very rude woker wants to shut down the business and steal some dinosaurs to make his own theme park and make lots of money so he shuts down the whole park including the electric fences that contain some very dangerous animals. When he shuts down the park little does he know the park has visitors and they are in cars that are run by electricity and shut down near the most dangerous dinosaur known to man kind.
14) My favorite character has to be john Hammond. My least favorite is Dr. malcom. I like john because well he created dinosaurs. And I dislike Ian malcom because he is very sexist and is not afraid to speak his mid whether its needed or not. I would change the fact that he is very rude. I do think they are like real people they experience emotions and get scared which is a very serious human quality . I don’t think that hes like the author at all the author wouldn’t make the book if he was like dr. malcom.
In the Artic they are expecting 24 inches of snow on Friday!! Thats a huge amount!!!

1) I think that the book will be about confidence and how to build it because the way Jonas said that he was frightened. The book might also talk about goals and stuff like that.
